Prof. Dr. Anna-Maria Getoš Kalac took part in the international congress “Against the Death Penalty: Opinio Iuris and International Law” held from 18^th to 21^st May 2022 in Madrid, Spain. She held a presentation on “Transdisciplinary Approaches to Standards of Cruelty in Punishment” as part of the panel on “Civilization Process and Human Cruelty: An Approach for a yardstick of cruelty on punishments”.
